POSTDOCS
Qualifications:
A Ph.D. (or expected soon) in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biostatistics, or a related field.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Unix, with experience in large-scale data analysis.
Experience in machine learning projects; background in large language models (LLMs) is a plus.
Experience with single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) or other omics data analysis is preferred.
Strong communication skills, curiosity, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with computational and experimental scientists. Leadership potential in research projects is expected.
